Our Velvet Vanilla and Velvet Cocoa cake recipes have been passed down and perfected over generations. We use the freshest local and finest imported premium ingredients, resulting in a heavenly texture that’s moist and light. Independently, they’re and packed with rich, velvety flavour. Together, they’re a perfect balance of earthy vanilla bean and luxurious European chocolate – the best of both worlds.
Our proprietary semi-sweet Buttercream icing is unbelievably smooth and satisfies even the biggest sweet tooth without that “sickly sweet” taste of traditional frosting.
We create an architectural marbling using edible 24 karat gold infused Buttercream. The Calacatta Gold Marble cake comes without a topper for an ultra modern look, or perfect for you to add a personal item, flowers or candles to suit your occasion.
- Serves 6-8 for dessert or 10-12 for coffee
- 4″ diameter, approximately 6″ tall (excluding the topper)
- Cake should be refrigerated in its box, but can be left out for up to 4 hours if necessary or whilst serving
